Workshop needs to prepare 380V power supply (Three-phase five-wire). Please use air switch with 30A or more. Machine colors: Red (L1), Blue (L2), Black (L3) for phase lines; Green (N) for zero line; White (E) for grounding.
Air consumption is 0.03 cubic meters / minute. Intake pipe configuration is ∮8 tube, connected directly to external gas source.
Adjust angle locking screws. Generally, ink reclaiming blade is 90 degrees, and scraper is 70-80 degrees. Use manual mode to lift the head before installing the squeegee locking clamp.
Daily: Power on 10 minutes before work for manual testing. Check if operation is normal.
Warm-up: Run empty for 5-10 minutes at low speed to ensure motor, reduction gear, and guide rails are adequately lubricated.
Weekly: Check for loose electrical connections. Fill clean lithium grease in sliders (do not exceed 1/3 volume).
Monthly: Change reduction gear oil every 2-3 months and keep records.
