Please note that certain freight forwarders may have restrictions on ink transport; in such cases, specialized forwarders will be utilized. While print heads for air orders are shipped with the machine, sea order print heads are determined by customer preference. Due to marine environment complexities, it is highly recommended to ship print heads separately via DHL to avoid potential damage or loss.
Our machines come with a comprehensive year-round warranty service (excluding the ink system and print heads). If transportation damage occurs, we assist with insurance claims to protect your investment. We also offer a flexible 5-day exchange policy where customers can swap machines of the same price or upgrade by paying the difference.
We prioritize a "service to home" strategy, offering one-on-one exclusive technical support to avoid long wait times. Our technicians provide step-by-step guidance for operations and maintenance. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of accessories if repairs are needed due to operating errors outside of standard guidance.
