For air orders, print heads are included with the machine, while sea order configurations are determined by customer requirements.
After-Sales Support
Assistance with insurance claims is provided if equipment is damaged during transit. The machine includes a comprehensive warranty service (excluding the ink system and print heads). Within 5 days of payment, customers can enjoy options for machine exchanges or upgrades to higher-priced products by settling the price difference.
