Provide warehouse booking, ship booking, warehouse entry, and container loading services. Please note that designated freight forwarders may not carry ink; in such cases, our specialized forwarders must be used. Print heads for sea orders are determined by the customer. Due to complicated marine environments, it is recommended to send print heads via DHL separately to avoid damage or loss.
We provide year-round warranty service (excluding ink system and print heads). If the machine is damaged during transportation, we assist with the insurance claim process. Within 5 days of payment, customers can enjoy an exchange for machines of the same price or upgrade by paying the difference.
