The coating roller and the smoothing wheel are aligned parallel and rotate inwardly at a consistent speed, creating a V-shaped space for uniform material distribution. By adjusting the tightness between the rollers, coating thickness is precisely controlled. As the glass moves on the conveyor, contact with the coating roller transfers the material evenly onto the surface.
