This UV DOD inkjet system adopts industrial piezoelectric on-demand inkjet technology, significantly improving production speed and spray printing quality. Equipped with industrial high-resolution and high-speed DOD piezoelectric print heads, it meets the increasing and rigorous demands for mailings, barcodes, bills, checks, packages, and marking applications.
The system is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed, and both online and offline target printing. Its modular design allows for easy integration into existing transport systems, creating more value-added opportunities.
The Printer Control Software (PCS) offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor status, and adjust jetting waveforms and temperature for each print head. Features include database checking, data settings, DPI settings, and motor speed control.
Variable Data Printing: Supports text, dates, times, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, and Windows fonts. Data source files like .CSV, .XLS, .XLSX, .TXT, and PDF are fully supported for seamless record binding.
